Orders, questions about grades, or a photo of a water test you want a second opinion on — all of it comes to the same phone. Usually answered within the hour during working hours.
How ordering works
There is no checkout, and that is deliberate
Saffron is small, expensive and easy to fake, so we would rather confirm what you are buying than take a card payment from someone who is not sure which grade they need.
- Message us on WhatsApp or call with the grade and pack size — or just describe what you are cooking and we will tell you which one to buy.
- We confirm the batch and send the current lab certificate.
- You pay by UPI or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available within Mumbai.
- Mumbai orders confirmed before 3 pm ship the same day. Elsewhere in India, three to five working days.

Come and test it yourself
We grade and pack on site. If you are in Mumbai and buying in any quantity, come and run the water test on our stock before you pay for it. We would genuinely rather you did.
