1. Who you are contracting with

2. Orders
Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by telephone. A contract forms when we confirm the order and the batch. We may decline any order, including where stock is short or a delivery address is outside a serviceable area.
3. Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Saffron is an agricultural commodity with a genuinely variable harvest, so prices may change between visits. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price that applies to it.
4. Product descriptions
We describe grades by physical structure — Mongra is red stigma only, Lacha is the whole filament including the style. Thread lengths, colour and aroma vary naturally between harvests. Photographs are of our own product and are not colour-managed to your screen.

5. Purity guarantee
If saffron supplied by us fails a standard purity test, we refund the order in full on presentation of reasonable evidence within seven days of delivery. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, though we will pursue the courier on your behalf and will replace consignments lost in transit.
7. Liability
Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from the sale of unsafe food.
8. Intellectual property
The Abeeha International and Red Treasure names and marks, and the text and photographs on this site, belong to Abeeha International.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
